Ombudsman
The Informa´s Ombudsman’s Office is open to listen and deal with all kinds of subjects related to Informa group. Its function is to work with the managing director and the other management departments, transmitting and seeking for solutions for the issues presented.
His principle is to act quickly and efficiently. However, each claim has a different feedback time, depending on its complexity and processes that will need to be carried out until its completion.
Any claim to Informa´s Ombudsman’s Office should be made through e-mail ombudsman@ibcbrasil.com.br. Alternatively, please fill in the form below with “To the Ombudsman” in the subject field.
